Dungeon Runners Closes in on Chunk
Dungeon Runners, the free massively-multiplayer online role-playing game from NCsoft, will get its first major update soon.
Players have been waiting for the update, affectionately known as "Chunk #1," for a couple of weeks now, and NCsoft seems to be edging closer to a firm date.
In an email Thursday, NCsoft spokesperson Opal Lertutai told IGN the chunky update was due "in a week or so." The patch is in its quality assurance phase now and will be ready to go live soon after.
According to Lertutai, the update will include:
- Multiple characters support - each account can have three characters
- PvP worlds - for practicing PvP within a group or in a group versus group death match
- Item linking in chat - ability to link items in a chat window and allow other players to see and the name and attributes of items
- Lag-free movement - polished character movement, no more delayed actions
- New dungeons for level 75-100 characters
- More quests, items and 5 new skills (including the "awesome cleavage" skill that improves cutting power)
